Cardio Boxing

Our one hour Cardio Boxing class is a fun and fast paced class based on two minute rounds.  The first half hour focuses on cross training drills that vary on a daily bases and emphasize different body parts.  The second half hour consist of bag work and cardio drills.  This class is great for toning muscle and burning fat while building cardio endurance.

 

Our class times for Cardio Boxing:

Mondays: 6,9 & 10am and 4,5,6,7 & 8pm

Tuesdays: 5 & 10am and 4,5,6 & 7pm

Wednesdays: 6,9 & 10am and 4,5,6,7 & 8pm

Thursdays: 5 & 10am and 4,5,6 & 7pm

Fridays: 6,9 & 10am and 4,5,6 & 7pm

Saturdays: 8 & 9am

Sundays: 8 & 9am
